Definitions and Interpretation

In this terms and conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

• Online banking via FPX (including local Malaysian banks)

• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

The applicable financial terms are as follows:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM50 per transaction, using any of the methods above.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the chosen method and the verification process required.

All deposits must come from a payment account registered in the same member's name. comel33 does not accept third-party deposits. Any attempt to deposit funds from an unrecognised or unlawfully owned source may result in account suspension and further investigation.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

comel33 offers various promotions to new and existing members. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that must be read before a claim is made.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 120% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM888. The applicable wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received.

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Required wagering: RM120 × 15 = RM1,800
• Deposit RM1,600 → Bonus RM888 → Account balance RM2,488 → Required wagering: RM888 × 15 = RM13,320

General terms applicable to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered in accordance with the specified requirements.
• Only one promotion may be active at a time unless stated otherwise.
• comel33 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are signs of misuse or fraud.
• Any attempt to exploit promotions through hedging techniques or strategies intended to guarantee profit without risk is prohibited and may result in account termination.

Game and Betting Rules

General rules that must be followed:

• All results from completed games are final and cannot be disputed, unless there is clear evidence of a technical error originating from the comel33 system.
• Any technical error that occurs while a game is in progress may result in the cancellation of that round and the return of the wager to the member's account.
• Bets placed online are valid once confirmed by our server — screenshots or one-sided evidence are not accepted as valid transaction records.

To the extent permitted by law, comel33 will not be liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by system maintenance, cyberattacks or circumstances beyond our control.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
• Actions or failures to act by third parties in connection with payment processing or service delivery.

Account Suspension and Termination

comel33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any terms stated in this document.
• Confirmation that the member is under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity or attempted money laundering.
• Requests from authorities in connection with a legal investigation.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may submit a request to the customer support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining funds in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

All disputes must be submitted within three (3) months of the date of the disputed incident. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
